[Voyage-linux] Fixes to 0.3pre1 ed/elvis-tiny/nano in apt-get

Hi guys,

There is a know problem in 0.3pre1 for setting up ed, elvis-tiny and 
nano through apt-get.  Those package should be removed by this:

cd /var/lib/dpkg/info/
mv ed.postinst ed.postinst.bak
mv elvis-tiny.postinst elvis-tiny.postinst.bak
mv nano.postinst nano.postinst.bak
mv nano.prerm nano.prerm.bak
mv ed.prerm ed.prerm.bak
mv elvis-tiny.prerm elvis-tiny.prerm.bak
apt-get upgrade
apt-get remove ed elvis-tiny nano

Please note that this way 0.3pre1 will use the standard vim instead of 
the light-weight elvis-tiny.  elvis-tiny is default in 0.2 and 0.3pre2 
onwards.
