Hello everyone

My name is Mark and I work for a company that is developing it's own storage. We needed an OS that could fit into a Flash Card and relatively easy to maintain. Voyage-linux proved to be all that and more. The ease of updating and installing new packages made Voyage-Linux the right OS for the job. I would just like to thank the Voyage-Linux devolvement for making such a well packaged OS.

Since I am new to all this I have a question.

Using apt-get I just installed apache 1.3 on my flash card
On reboot it give me this error

apache: could not open error log file /var/log/apache/error.log.

How do I set /var so that its rw on boot and saves the log files on the flash card?
So that I do not have to manually create it to work

My machine

Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.40GHz

FLASH CARD
512MB

2Gigs of ram.

   Thanks
