[Voyage-linux] Setting Tx Power In Voyage 0.2

Hi,
my kernel report the following:
ath_hal: 0.9.16.16 (AR5210, AR5211, AR5212, RF5111,
RF5112, RF2413, RF5413)
wlan: 0.8.4.2 (svn 1491)
ath_rate_sample: 1.2 (svn 1491)

if I issue:
up iwconfig ath0 txpower 18
or:
post-up iwconfig ath0 txpower 18
in /etc/network/interfaces I end up tx-power of 15
dBm.

If I however issue:
iwconfig ath0 txpower 18 
at the command prompt I get the card setting to 18
dBm.
