[Voyage-linux] eth0 does not exist

I had a similar problem on my WRAP board, and chased it down to udev,
with a file at /etc/udev/rules.d/z25_persistent-net.rules which was
changing the name of the interface from eth0 to eth3.  I haven't yet
figured out when that file got created (it apparently wasn't on the
original distribution), but editing the file fixed the problem for me.
