[Voyage-linux] how do I get openssl-devel?

Hi,

I am afraid you are using voyage-current, please change the deb 
repository to:

deb ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian testing main

Then issue, "apt-get update" before "apt-get install openssl-devel" .
