[Voyage-linux] Moving forward and preparing 0.3 release

Punky,
I set
LANG=C;export LANG
in /etc/profile and that fixed the LANG complaints but I'm still getting
debconf frontend complaints. Tried installing perl-modules but
obviously am missing something here. The modules are actually installed
(turns out I didn't need to install perl-modules as they were already
there) so what's the magic incantation to get the frontend working?
Anyone?
