[Voyage-linux] Block DHCP at the Access Point

I have Voyage running on a few acess points that I have up. They are
running bridged eth0 to ath0. Over the last couple of weeks I have had
some people that are connected off of that AP buy routers and plug them in
wrong so that the dhcp server running on their little routers is being
pulled rather than dhcp from my server. So what I want to do is block this
from happening at that AP. Is there a way to do this without totally
changing network topology? The client devices are all simple dumb bridges
(CB3's mostly, but some other gear in there also). Any suggestions?
