You say you have the same installation of some alix boards an of some 
time does work an other not or on no one??
If this problem is only on one board of course there seems to be a 
hardware problem..
If no board is working right: Set time right and shutdown system, so the 
time is saved in rtc!!
While you reboot it's ok. If the system crash time is LOST if it was not 
saved with shutdown.
Or you can do the following:
/etc/init.d/hwclock.sh reload
and reboot.
