[Voyage-linux] Extreme asymmetry/poor throughput on link

thanks for the info.
are you gonna solder these capacitors yourself?
do you know if the next Alix will come with them?

It would be nice to create a site or at least to post the hacking tricks
we made to the boards.

Normally the boards come with a 1A amperage power source (and 18V). If
you wanna use high power cards obviously you need a higher value to get
it. The data sheet talks about 18V and 15W as normal values, which
reduces the amount of amperage you can use.
Have any of you dealt with this problem? If we want to use the 600mW
(wich can take up to 1'3A [!!!]) the source or the boards have to be hacked.

what do you think guys about it?

regards.

David.
