Yes,
we use the 16V/1.6A power supply top feed the Alix/WRAP board.
I don't look into schema of board, but i hope that efficiency
of SMPS in Alix/WRAP boar will be about 80%.
with 25W source, we have 20W on 3.3V output, its approximately
6A. When is the power IC capable to drive this load, its OK :)

During our regulatory, we don't allowed  to use the high
RF power cards, that i don't have any experience with them.
