[Voyage-linux] Voyager Linux 0.6.0 and LPC-Bus

Hi,

You can always use the specify kernel parameter in grub to override the 
run-time settings, for example,

8250.nr_uarts=6

 From the time being, I will only provide a new kernel support 4 UART 
port by default.
