[Voyage-linux] compiling the kernel

You could untar the voyage distribution, chroot into the voyage folder
and build the kernel from there. You'll be able to install make-kpkg
using apt (if it's not already installed). Finally you'll only have to
install the resulting .deb to the desired system.
You could compile the kernel in the desired system and you'll avoid
having to move the kernel image and modules around (but it takes a
loooong while to compile the kernel image in an alix board for
example)
