[Voyage-linux] Voyage 0.5.2 doesn't want to flash after recovery from a backup copy

Good morning,
My PC that had my Voyage 0.5.2 with some scripts on it crashed. I had a 
backup copy of the distro on an external hard drive.
When I restored the folder and I go to usr/local/sbin and do a 
./voyage.update, 1; I get the following error:

Fatal Error: Logic error - can't find voyage.conf!

I started ./voyage.update again but this time did an Update existing 
Voyage configuration and I put in the proper directory. Then when I went 
to Update Settings I get:

/usr/local/sbin/voyage-update.sh: line 51: /usr/local/sbin/do-update.sh: 
No such file or directory

Has anyone seen this before?
