[Voyage-linux] Problem with Microclient JrDx diskless install

I am trying to install voyage on a a microSD card for a MicroClient 
JrDx.  Following the installation instructions, I am having a problem 
with formatting the microSD card.  It will appear to start working but, 
in the end, I will get console messages that IRQ14 has been disabled and 
the device then appears to hang.  Has anyone else encountered this kind 
of issue?
