[Voyage-linux] ALIX2d2 - not 100% native mode: will probe irqs later

Hi!
Apparently there are a lot of voyage-users using an ALIX-Board
without problems. But here I get the following (and wonder if
anybody encounter the same output):
# dmesg | grep AMD5536
[ 6.340255] AMD5536: 0000:00:0f.2 (rev 01) UDMA100 controller
[ 6.341743] AMD5536: IDE controller (0x1022:0x209a rev 0x01) at PCI slot 002
[ 6.342743] AMD5536: not 100% native mode: will probe irqs later
[ 6.343743] AMD5536: IDE port disabled
The problem is that I get massive stability problems when using the
system with an ISDN-minipci-card using zaptel/zaphfc (or vzaphfc).
(The system completely hangs after "ztcfg -vv"). I suspect some
interrupt problems but am stuck at the moment and seek for advice.
I ended with a minimal set of kernel-modules which then looks like
this:
