[Voyage-linux] Making a Live CD and USB Drive From Working Voyage Installation ?

I have been happily using voyage-0.6.2 on several ALIX and generic PCs
(via CF card) for several months. I am now interested in replacing the
custom Damn Small Linux that I maintain for doing network stress
testing with a Voyage Live CD and USB drive.

It would be perfect if I could maintain a master generic PC copy of
Voyage with my additional software, accounts, configs, etc. under
VMware and then build the Live CD from it. Are there instructions on
how to do that?

Making the Live CD from a working CF card would be a good second
choice.

Presumably it is easy to copy a working CF card image to a USB drive,
but I do need the Live CD option as well.
