[Voyage-linux] voyage linux on thin client on CF

Hi to all. I have neoware capio 620 cp4h-cb thin client with 128 MB ram.  
Unfortunatly file system on 8 GB compactflash crashed, (debian 4), so i  
have to install another one.
I found voyage linux meets my needs for small and lighweight distro. I  
made small partition on cf card (512 MB), mounted it usb card reader (as  
sda), and used live cd to perform instalation. It's working nicely on  
athlon 2k PC, but, when i put this card into CF2IDE adapter in my thin  
client following errors occur:

Remounting / as read-write ... irq timeout: status=0xd0 { Busy }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
ide0: reset timed-out, status 0x80
hda: status timeut, status 0x80 { Busy }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
hda: drive not ready for command
