[Voyage-linux] Setting Static Name Service

If you're running resolvconf, I've found this to work:
--------------
ld-router:/etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d# cat base
search thewhitelaws.org nrvunwired.net
nameserver 10.220.200.3
ld-router:/etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d# cat /etc/resolv.conf
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by
resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver 10.220.200.3
nameserver 127.0.0.1
search thewhitelaws.org nrvunwired.net
