[Voyage-linux] Setting Static Name Service

Hi,

I'm running an ipcop router so that I can have easy static dhcp, and
I set the opendns nameservers in my router. That way they get passed on to
each client through dhcp.

Eliminates a lot of client setup, plus the clients end up with
static addresses (by mac address) through dhcp.

My previous router (a dlink) also had the ability to pass on set
nameservers, but lacked the static dhcp.

Kurt

Hi Rob,

Not sure about pump. A workaround may be to make /etc/resolv.conf read-only
or use resolvconf to set the nameservers.

Sorry for so little info. I have yet to move to version 6

Rob
