[Voyage-linux] How to to enable OCF for openssl?

Hi Michael,
Please reinstall the openssl package by "apt-get install --reinstall
openssl libssl0.9.8" . It was found that stock voyage 0.6.2 doesn't
build with cryptodev engine.
