Hi,

So, The AP connect to Internet?

auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
        address 10.1.20.1
        netmask 255.255.255.0
        broadcast 10.1.20.255
        up nat.sh eth0 ath0 "10.1.20.0/24"


You need to setup eth0 and another network (10.1.20.1 /24) and enable 
NAT, assuming ath0 is the outbound wireless connect to AP.  eth0 
connects to your switch of course.
