[Voyage-linux] 0.8.0_amd64 gives "XZ-compressed data is corrupt"

Another update.
I burnt 0.8.0_amd.tar.bz2 onto another 2GB Flash Disk from a machine
running Debian Lenny machine [128MB was not enough thought it was
stated that would be enough ;-) ], it got booted and finally got a
garbled (unreadable screen). Even Crtl+Alt+Fx didn't give me another
console. Again in limbo.
Any inputs will be appreciated. ;-)
