[Voyage-linux] USB-Problems

Hello List!

I have build a small weather station based on an Alix1.D and Voyage 0.6.5

On an USB-Port there is a USB Extender over LAN to gain the 20m Distance to
the weather receiver.
The receiver will be promptly recognized as /dev/ttyUSB0 (FT232RL)

The Problem is that the function fails after a couple of received
datatickets ( the receiver sends every 150sec @9600 baud ) .
The link /dev/ttyUSB0 was not thrown away and also /var/log/messages is
clean.

The SAME setup works with no problem on my other installation ( stripped
down eeepc 701 with debian 2.6.26 )

What can i do?
