I am trying my atheros card in voyage 0.7 with the hostapd.conf config file
which was working in voyage 0.6 and I have also found this problem:
root at voyage:~# hostapd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Configuration file: /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Line 2: invalid/unknown driver 'madwifi'
1 errors found in configuration file '/etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf'

How have you done that? I tried to edit hostapd.conf driver line with
driver=ath5k and I get this error:
root at voyage:~# hostapd /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Configuration file: /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf
Line 2: invalid/unknown driver 'ath5k'
1 errors found in configuration file '/etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf'
¿could you explain which is the process to switch from madwifi to ath5k?
¿there is no possibility to use hostapd with madwifi?
