Ok nevertheless I put you my files I've found
I did the following on my alix board with voyage-0.5.2:
/etc/ppp/peers/3g_telecom
/etc/chatscripts/3g_telecom
which was for an E160 modem and
/etc/ppp/peers/3g_movistar
/etc/chatscripts/3g_movistar
/etc/usb_modeswitch.d/19d2:2000
which I think was the ZTE MF110
and generall stuff
/etc/ppp/ip-up.d/setup_3g
(/etc/ppp/ip-down.d/clean_3g not provided)
The modem ZTE MF110 (I think it was this model...) I started
usb_modeswitch -c /etc/usb_modeswitch.d/19d2:2000
/sbin/modprobe usbserial vendor=0x19d2 product=0x0031
pon 3g_movistar
at least found a note about that
An entry in /etc/network/interface like
###################################
auto 3g_telecom
iface 3g_telecom inet ppp
provider 3g_telecom
address 200.200.200.123
netmask 255.255.255.0
# please do not modify the following line
pre-up /sbin/ifconfig eth0 up
###################################
will start modem automatically at startup, where address is not imported
because received and set from pppd
This was for the E160. I cannot test anymore because have not anymore
access for this devices ...
Maybe it helps
Greetings
Beat
