[Voyage-linux] Connectivity through a 3G USB modem

The flashing is normal. This means that your wireless is working.
But it seems that you have only GPRS not 3G...
If I remembre right green is GPRS, blue is 3G have a look at the manual..
Do you have a firewall enabled on the voyage?
I will have a look at my configuration I had more later today...
