Hello,
what about http://lartc.org/wondershaper/ ? Works without kernel
patching and compiling and no cost. BA on the other hand looks a bit
dated and unmaintained. Kernel 2.6.5 is stoneold, and I'm sure there are
a lot of bugs and security issues in it.
