[Voyage-linux] ALIX 2D13 boot from IDE

If there is no boot loader installed and the partitions on the CF card are
not marked as bootable, you should still be able to boot from the IDE drive
even with the CF installed, as long as the IDE is properly jumpered to be a
slave.
