[Voyage-linux] usb thumbdrive install issue

ok I took the time today to run /etc/init.d/voyage-sync stop and it then
syncs everything to their proper dir.
I then did my voyage.update and made it do a install to the usb and the
needed files where cp over.

so there is a way to fix this. but have to find the right sports to add
the stop and start of the sync voyage-sync script with in the
voyage-copy script I think.

this at least I know would fix the cp issue. but there are still files I
would not need on a fresh install so that's next in my fixes for this build.
