Hi Andrey,

The grub should look like this:

root (hd0,0)
kernel /vmlinuz root=LABEL=ROOT_FS  console=ttyS0,38400n8 8250.nr_uarts=6
initrd /initrd.img
===================================

Append 8250.nr_uarts=6 to kernel cmdline.
