[Voyage-linux] Voyage MPD with kernel/cpu w/o cx8 and cmov

Hi Andy,

2.6.33rt kernel is rebuilt with i486 support.  This should work with C3 
now.  2.6.32 and 33rt kernels are also included with TwinHan HID 
support.  Please test and let me know the result.

The daily build will need to wait for half day before the updated kernel 
is included.
