Right, I needed to know that. Instead of Voyage Linux, the OS used in the 
article is NanoBSD, but that's likely not important. The hardware 
modifications are, which is why I wasn't receiving a PPS signal. Luckily, 
the hardest part will be cutting a hole for the second COM port without 
mangling the chassis too much.
